- Preparing a rapid-response to allegations (newspaper, book) that a company consultant is involved with behavior unethical for his profession.
- Development and deployment of a sustained response to statements (book, TV, magazines) attacking the credibility of industry methods. Deployment meant more than just be prepared to respond: we placed an invited editorial rebutting the attack, and used the opportunity to drive even more media coverage of the Company’s offering.
